Refund policy

G.R.O.W. Young Entrepreneurs Academy Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel an enrollment, email loveenergynature@gmail.com with the participant’s name, order number, and cohort start date. The date we receive your email determines the applicable cancellation window.

Cancellations received 30 or more days before the cohort start date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the enrollment amount paid.

Cancellations received 29 days or fewer before the cohort start date are not eligible for a refund. However, the enrollment may be transferred to a future G.R.O.W. Young Entrepreneurs Academy cohort, subject to available space. Contact us to arrange the transfer.

Participants who do not attend and have not submitted a cancellation request before the cohort begins are considered no-shows. No-shows receive no refund, store credit, or transfer.

Enrollment and transfers depend on cohort capacity. A cancellation may make a seat available for another participant. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a seat, and a transfer is confirmed only once space in the future cohort has been confirmed.

These terms apply specifically to G.R.O.W. Young Entrepreneurs Academy enrollment.
